Hello!! I’m Garlyn Lawrence and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I don’t know about you, but I find that life sure is messy sometimes. Maybe we feel like we just can’t do it all or at least can’t do it alone.

So, I’m here because I’d like to be a part of your team in helping you untangle it all.

I have a heart for young women in all stages of life. Whether you’re struggling with the challenges of being a woman and all of the pressure that comes with that, or are transitioning into college, or having difficulty in relationships of all kinds, or newly married, or have young kids…I get it! I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, marriage, postpartum, parenting young kids and more.  If this sounds like any of the tangles you’re currently dealing with, I’d love to join you in it as we untangle it together!
